How does the sourcing service work?
Tell us what you need, including photos, links and quantity. Our team in China checks availability and sends you a detailed quotation within 48 hours. If you approve and pay, we source the goods and help arrange delivery to Ghana.
What products can you source?
We can research electronics, appliances, furniture, fashion, car parts, machinery, packaging and business supplies. Availability and shipping restrictions are checked before a quotation is sent.
Do I pay before requesting a product?
No. Submitting a request is free and does not commit you to a purchase. You only pay after accepting a quotation.
How long does a quotation take?
Our team aims to respond within 48 actual hours. If more details are needed, we will contact you.
Can I send a link or just a picture?
Yes. Upload a reference photo or send links from Alibaba, Taobao, 1688, another website or social media. Include the details that matter to you.
How do I pay after accepting a quotation?
Pay separately using MoMo after accepting your quotation. Find the current payment number under How It Works → Payment information or in your request’s payment instructions. Submit your transaction reference and receipt through your request page. Our team verifies payment before sourcing or service work begins.
Is there a minimum quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the supplier and product. Tell us the quantity you want, and we will check what is possible.
How long does shipping take?
Timing depends on the product and shipping method. Your quotation will include an estimated sourcing and shipping timeframe.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Your dashboard shows progress from purchasing in China to arrival and delivery in Ghana. You can also check limited status on the Track Request page.
What if the product is unavailable?
We will let you know and discuss alternatives where possible. There is no purchase commitment from making a request.
Can I decline a quotation?
Yes. You can decline from the quotation page and optionally tell us why.
Can businesses use the service?
Yes. We welcome requests from individuals and businesses, including bulk quantities and equipment.
Can I request a service without sourcing a product?
Yes. Product verification and inspection, factory or business verification, and personal assistance in China can be requested separately. Choose the service in the request form and describe what you need.
Do you support foreign clients in China?
Yes. Our China services are available to foreign clients visiting or doing business in China, including clients outside Ghana. Tell us your city, dates and requirements so we can confirm availability and scope.
What is included in an inspection or verification?
We agree the checks, location, access, deliverables, fees and timing with you before work begins. You receive findings and supporting information within the agreed scope.
